SootheCare Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

By booking any spa service through SootheCare, you enter into a service agreement with us. All services are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case you will be notified promptly and offered an alternative or full refund. Our therapists are certified professionals trained to deliver high-quality wellness treatments in accordance with industry standards.

2. Booking & Scheduling Policy

Appointments can be booked through our app or website. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation notification. Please arrive or be available at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time without a change in pricing. Rescheduling is permitted up to 4 hours before the appointment time at no additional charge.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 4 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund or wallet credit. Cancellations within 4 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged the full appointment amount. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method or SootheCare wallet.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment can be made via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, or SootheCare wallet balance. Wallet funds can be used for up to 10% of the total booking value (maximum INR 100 per transaction). Promotional codes and referral bonuses are subject to specific terms and may have expiry dates.

5. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Our spa treatments are designed for relaxation and wellness purposes. They are not a substitute for medical treatment. Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancy before the session begins. SootheCare is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed health conditions. If you feel discomfort during a session, please notify the therapist immediately.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process personal data (name, email, phone, address, payment details) solely to provide and improve our services. Your data is encrypted and stored securely. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary for service delivery (e.g., assigning a therapist). You may request data deletion at any time by contacting support or through your account settings.

7. User Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities performed under your account are your responsibility. Sharing accounts or credentials is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse promotional offers.

8. In-Home Service Terms

For in-home spa services, you agree to provide a clean, safe, and adequately lit space for the therapist to perform the service. SootheCare is not responsible for any damages to personal property during the session. Our therapists carry their own professional equipment and products. Please ensure pets are secured and the service area is accessible at the scheduled time.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the SootheCare platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SootheCare and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission. The SootheCare name and logo are registered trademarks.

10. Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution

SootheCare's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration in accordance with Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, with proceedings held in New Delhi, India.
